LMD is offering a prime opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join and complement the sales team. Operating a business involves increasing sales and revenue, improving relationships with current partners and to identify new business opportunities. Strategic partnerships are an important part of LMD’s growth strategy. A Strategic Partnership Manager will leverage the resources and capabilities of other organizations, enabling the company to expand its reach or offer its services to new markets. As an Strategic Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for forming and managing relationships with existing and potential partners on behalf of the organization. You cultivate these partnerships to make sure we can take full advantage of alliances.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Ongoing management of key partnership action plans and identifying new partnership opportunities.
- Work with partners and internal teams to enable, expand, and further monetize an existing set of strategic partners.
- Offer partner support, cross functional planning, relationship management, and analytical insights.
- Develop strategies and business plans with partners and execute against metrics and milestones to drive user growth and revenue.
- Establish and communicate objectives and reporting for each partner relationship to relevant stakeholders, externally and internally.
- Serve regular contact points for developing and maintaining a business relationship, troubleshooting, and responding to inquiries.
- Analyze partnership effectiveness and obtain ways to optimize growth.
- Perform monthly and quarterly partner reviews of goals and refine forecasts.
- Assist with the development of new strategies and advise on improvements of specific interest to new partners.
- Take ownership of objectives and incentives that drive revenue, partner success, and retention.
- Work with marketing and product to ensure assets motivate partners and drive demand through the creation of marketing and product assets, and through virtual and in-person meetings and trainings.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years experience in a partnership development or strategic partnership’s role.
- Proven record of overseeing a strategic partner team at a high growth company, and successfully improving sourced and influenced revenue and partner engagement.
- Experience in and knowledge of our ecosystem with an existing network of relationships.
- Interest in technology and industry fluency preferred.
- Understanding of relevant technical concepts and ability to communicate with technical stakeholders.
- Experience with spreadsheet analysis, public presentations, and data management.
- Experience initiating and driving new business opportunities.

Ability to strategize the company’s affiliate and partnership program. Creating specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals for programs and company initiatives. - Possessing good data analytics skills and capable of analyzing the performance of projects by looking at various types of information, such as performance analytics, conversion rates, and lead volumes.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical, and financial issues with partner
- Capable of understanding and managing the entire partner lifecycle, from onboarding, activation, and education of partners.
- Ability to quickly synthesize complex ideas, align them with business priorities, and devise actionable strategies to accomplish goals.
